Terms of use

These terms are the rules for using the DeExclusives website, including its forms and donations. If you do not accept them, please do not send a form or a gift through the site.

Information on the site

Programme descriptions are an overview. Dates, eligibility, and results appear only after they have been checked. We do not publish impact numbers that have no source.

Nothing on the site is a promise of a visit, a grant, a partnership, or a place on a programme. Those happen only when we confirm them in a reply to you.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are taken in Nigerian naira through Paystack. We do not see or store your card number. A gift counts only after the payment succeeds for the amount and currency you chose.

A donation does not give you a say over programme decisions. We do not give tax advice.

Enquiries and email updates

Sending a form lets us use those details to reply. It does not confirm a booking. Email updates start only after you confirm, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms or send anything unlawful. Do not send another person’s information unless you have a proper reason to do so. Where a child is involved, you need the authority to share that information.

Our content

The words, logo, and pattern on this site belong to DeExclusives Music Organization unless a caption names another source. You may share links. Please ask before reusing the logo or programme material.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available. We cannot promise that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by the payment service, the email service, or reliance on a page that has since been updated.

Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility that the law does not allow us to set aside.

Changes

We may update these terms by changing this page. The date above is the current version. Questions go through the contact form.
